Lead times and delivery
As all Evgeniia Balashova Jewellery items are hand crafted, lead times may vary. Please get in touch with Evgeniia Balashova Jewellery to get an estimated lead time for your order. All items will be delivered using a tracked shipping service.
Customs Charges
Please be aware that now the UK has left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK will be charged customs and import duties as the parcel enters your country. These duties are set by each country individually and are outside our control. Payment of these duties is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
Any items that have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, unless they contain a manufacturing fault. In case of a manufacturing fault please get in touch with Evgeniia Balashova Jewellery via email for further assistance.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange or refund. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform Evgeniia Balashova of your intention to return items in writing by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
You must notify Evgeniia Balashova Jewellery prior to posting any returns. When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely and return via a tracked postal service. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item purchased is at Evgeniia Balashova jewellery fault (incomplete shipment/wrong item shipped/faulty item).
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days after the item has been received by Evgeniia Balashova Jewellery.
Repairs
For any repairs please get in touch with Evgeniia Balashova Jewellery via email for further assistance. Every repair will be handled individually to determine the causes of damage and any potential associated costs. The customer will be responsible for any accidental damage or damage caused by neglect or inappropriate care.
Faulty or Incorrect goods
Please carefully inspect the items on arrival. If your goods arrive faulty or damaged you must inform Evgeniia Balashova immediately and she will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible. Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies. Defective products may be returned for free replacement, repair or full refund within 14 days from the date the item was received. Eventual fading of precious metal plating will not be considered a manufacturing fault.
Care and maintenance
Most of Evgeniia Balashova Jewellery products are a combination of 3d printed nylon and precious metal. Each 3d printed part is coloured individually. There may be slight differences in colour due to this, the customer accepts this when the order is placed.
3d printed nylon is a strong and flexible, non-brittle material. It is strong enough to withstand regular handling, however, like any item of jewellery, should be handled with care. Items with 3d printed components should not be left under high levels of pressure for any prolonged period of time as it will cause in shape of the item being distorted. In the unfortunate event of this occurring Evgeniia Balashova Jewellery does not hold any responsibility for the cost of replacing the damaged item.
Jewellery will benefit from being stored in separate compartments or soft pouches to prevent pieces rubbing together and scratching against each other. Take care not to drop or scratch your pieces. Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, hairspray and lotions. Chemicals in these can affect the beauty and shine of your jewellery as well as the colour of nylon. Never wear your jewellery in the shower, or when swimming. Chlorine particularly can discoluor and damage your jewellery.
If your piece contains precious stones it is highly recommended to have them checked regularly for security. If you notice that the stones are moving or loose in the setting please get in touch with Evgeniia Balashova jewellery as soon as possible.

Sizing
When ordering rings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. All items sized are made in accordance with standard British jewellery industry measurements. Where items are unique or more organically shaped small variations may occur.
